Depending on how much time you want to dedicate to this you can either just play it safe and go with traditional slow moving / performing stocks or you can spend a lot of time and research tech companies which will be releasing new products/services and evaluate how it will effect the stock. I suggest taking a look at APPL, BIDU , INTC
